McClintock Animal Care Center is looking for an experienced DVM to join our team in Tempe!
We’ve been a staple in the community for over 30 years, building long-standing client relationships and a practice centered around quality medicine and genuine collaboration. We are a well-established, close-knit team that truly operates with a “one team” mindset.

The Practice
Our hospital is well-equipped to support a high standard of medicine, including:
Digital radiology + digital dental x-ray
Full IDEXX in-house lab suite
Ultrasound, cold laser, cautery
Dedicated dental and surgical spaces
Alternative medicine offerings (acupuncture and chiropractic)
Doctors enjoy a balanced caseload with both appointments and surgery, and there’s opportunity to expand into more advanced procedures or niche interests if that’s something you’re passionate about.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
Opportunity for production-based bonuses
Up to $10k signing bonus
Comprehensive benefits package including:

CE allowance + paid CE
Licensing, DEA, and dues covered
PTO + sick time
Malpractice insurance
Who We’re Looking For
An early career or experienced DVM who values team collaboration and client relationships
Comfortable with dogs & cats (exotics interest is a plus, not required)
A DVM with a strong interest in surgery and confident surgical skillset
Someone who wants to be part of a positive, team-oriented environment
