Description
The ARL Afford-a-Care Pet Clinics are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Clinic Surgical Veterinarian to join our team. This position is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about surgery and wants dedicated time focused on performing surgical procedures for owned pets while making a meaningful impact in an affordability focused veterinary setting.
As a Clinic Surgical Veterinarian, your primary focus will be performing spay/neuter surgeries and other routine surgical procedures for client-owned pets. You will work alongside an experienced team of veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and support staff committed to providing accessible, high-quality veterinary care to the community. This role offers the opportunity to develop and refine surgical expertise while helping increase access to veterinary services for pets and the people who love them.
The ARL offers a collaborative and supportive medical environment with nine full-time veterinarians on staff. Whether you are an experienced surgeon or a veterinarian looking to further expand your surgical skills, you will have access to mentorship, clinical collaboration, and ongoing professional development opportunities. Our clinics maintain a strong focus on efficiency, community impact, and exceptional standards of care, allowing veterinarians to spend more time doing what they love - practicing medicine and surgery.
In addition to a rewarding career, we offer competitive market-driven compensation and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support work-life balance. Benefits include a four-day work week with rotating half-day Saturdays, generous paid time off and holiday benefits, no productivity metrics to meet, 401(k), student loan reimbursement opportunities, and a PSLF supported employer.
If you are passionate about surgery, committed to providing excellent patient care, and interested in joining a mission-driven organization where your work directly impacts pets and their families, we would love to connect with you.
