Associate Veterinarian (US Licensed) – Integrative Medicine Practice

Natural Vet Palm Beach is seeking to add an US-licensed Veterinarian and to expand our thriving integrative medicine practice team. This role involves diagnosing and treating lameness and involves 75% sports medicine. What We're Looking For
Active US Veterinary License (preferably Florida/New York state licensed)
Excellent communication and client service skills.
A collaborative, positive attitude and commitment to outstanding patient care.
Equine Veterinary experience is highly desirable.
New graduates are considered with an equine background
Equine imaging skills are highly desirable.
Familiarity with laboratory procedures related to diagnostics is an asset.
Interest in integrative, complementary medicine is preferred but not required—we're happy to support professional growth and continuing education.

Requirements
What You'll Do
-Provide high-quality medical and preventive veterinary care.
-Collaborate with our team to develop personalized treatment plans that integrate conventional and complementary therapies.
-Build trusted relationships with our loyal and appreciative client base.
-Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace focused on excellence and compassion.
-Conduct thorough examinations of animals to assess their health and diagnose any medical conditions.
-Develop treatment plans for various health issues, including administering medications.
-Sports medicine, emergency care, and critical care services for injured or ill horses.-
-Maintain accurate medical records, including patient histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
-Educate horseowners on proper care, nutrition, and preventive health measures.
-Perform routine procedures such as vaccinations and blood work.
-Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.
-Stay updated on advancements in veterinary medicine through continuous education and training.
REQUIRED:
-Travel, we do travel to see client all over the country and in the EU.
-Flexibilty, as any vet practice serving the clients comes first whether it is during winter season or the off season, which means flexibilty with the schedule is required. Some days will be a lighter schedule, while others require you to be on call for emergencies or be available for later days during winter season. We do try to manage work life balance, but unfortunately some days are longer than others, but that comes with the territory of being in this profession.
