Job Posting: Mobile Equine Veterinarian – Coastal Equine Services Coastal
Equine Services - Ambulatory Practice – Low Country, SC
Coastal Equine Services is looking for a veterinarian to join our growing fully mobile practice in the Charleston area of South Carolina. We are an independently owned, one to two doctor, full service equine practice.
We are looking for a new associate veterinarian who can help grow our practice and share our teamwork minded approach to general wellness, sports medicine and reproductive practice. We see both English and Western disciplines for all inclusive preventative care, maintenance and emergency care. Coastal Equine Services is happy to provide mentorship to recent graduates but would best be suited to a veterinarian recently finished an internship or a vet with existing clinical experience who is ready to practice with confidence.

Requirements
Practice Type: Fully Mobile Equine Veterinary Service, evenly shared on call.
Location: Low Country of South Carolina (Coastal region – Charleston).
Case Load: A mix of performance, pleasure, and companion horses, offering diversity in wellness, lameness, preventative, and emergency care.
Requirements: DVM or equivalent and ability to obtain South Carolina license.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary plus production: Production paid quarterly, emergency fees paid directly
Yearly IRA contribution
Benefits Package: Health insurance stipend, professional liability coverage, organizational and licensure dues paid, and continuing education stipend.
Equipment: Fully-equipped vehicle with digital imaging equipment (DR/Ultrasound) and power dental equipment. Shared gastroscope, upper respiratory scope, prostride and shockwave.
