The position involves a 4-day work week with a shared on-call schedule, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Ideal candidates should possess good clinical skills, a passion for horses, and excellent communication abilities. The ability to work collaboratively with a team and provide compassionate care to both horses' and their owners is essential.
