Applicants must be in completion in good standing of a DVM or VMD degree from an accredited university, or a graduate of a college of veterinary medicine that has completed The Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates® (ECFVG®) certification program, and have a veterinary license and accreditation to practice in the state of Kentucky.
