Join Our Dynamic Equine Veterinary Team in Beautiful Washington State!
Are you a passionate equine veterinarian looking to make a real impact while living in one of the most scenic and diverse states in the U.S.? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate equine veterinarian to join our racetrack-based practice in the heart of Washington State.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary & Benefits Package: We value your expertise and dedication, and offer a generous compensation package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and continuing education allowances.
Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a seasonal schedule that allows you to work a busy racing season while also taking time to enjoy all that Washington State has to offer in the off season. From the breathtaking mountains and forests to the beautiful coastline, there’s no shortage of outdoor adventures here. Our falls are stunning, and while our lowland winters are relatively mild, there is plenty of snow in the mountains for your winter sport desires! The Pacific Ocean is only 40 miles away.
Supportive Team Environment: Join a collaborative team of skilled veterinarians and support staff who are dedicated to the welfare of our equine patients. We prioritize mutual respect, continuous learning, and teamwork. At the racetrack, mentorship is usually just down the next shed row and only a phone call away.
Location, Location, Location!: Whether you enjoy hiking, boating, skiing, or wine tasting, Washington has it all! Our practice is located just south of Seattle, offering both the convenience of major airports and other urban amenities, as well as the option to be in a more rural environment.
Room to Grow: Although we are primarily racetrack and sport-horse based, there is a need for other equine veterinary services in the western Washington area, and we are happy to support your growth in whatever direction you choose to develop your career with the horses in the area.
If you’re ready to take the next step in your veterinary career and make a difference in the lives of both horses and their owners, we’d love to hear from you! Apply now by sending your resume and a cover letter to tbshorses@comcast.net.
We look forward to welcoming you to our team in Washington—where your career and lifestyle can thrive!
