Crossroads Veterinary Clinic is looking for an associate equine veterinarian with a strong interest in internal medicine.  Currently the practice has a full-time surgeon, a back-up surgeon, a theriogenologist for special procedures and an internist.   Our caseload is expanding on a monthly basis.  Our hospital is primarily haul in with some ambulatory.  In addition to clinical medicine, the applicant should have an interest in dentistry, reproduction and ophthalmology.  

Our facilities include a temperature controlled 5 stall barn, a 6-8 stall barn primarily used for farrier appointments, one isolation stall and 10 outdoor paddocks.  Diagnostic modalities include digital ultrasound, digital radiology, abdominal radiography, gastroscopy.  Some therapeutic tools include shockwave and laser.  We currently have a second surgical suite under construction.  

Our client base is primarily equine with large percent of Quarter Horses.  We have a great clientele and in general most do not compromise on the care of their equine companions.

Our clinic is located in beautiful northern California with nearby mountains (Mt Shasta and Mt Lassen) and lakes (Whiskeytown and Shasta).  There are many nearby hiking and biking trails.
