Hassinger Equine is a cutting edge Equine only practice that specializes in Equine Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation and NEW in 2023: “Reproduction!” We are a practice that is well established throughout the United States with a fleet of large mobile hospitals that attend top horse shows. In support of this, we have a 65 acre Equine Veterinary campus with over 20 stalls for rehabilitation cases and ship-in sports medicine cases. We are not an ambulatory practice. All cases ship in. As of 2023, HES will open a state of the art reproduction facility that is geared toward stallion collection and breeding in the mid-atlantic area of the US. 

The ideal intern would enjoy the opportunity to spend their day diagnosing sports medicine cases, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans. In addition, we have rotating opportunities to join our mobile veterinary clinic teams working at top venues around the United States!The clinic is located in the picturesque Sandhills Region of North Carolina!

The clinic and rehab center are located 1 hour south of Raleigh and 2 hours east of Charlotte! You can dip your toes in the Atlantic Ocean in 2 hrs or cool off in the mountains in 4 hrs. Aberdeen is an ideal place to learn and enjoy a relaxed lifestyle.
