Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor in Equine Field Service
The Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine, Department of Large Animal Clinical Sciences, invites applications from qualified individuals for a full-time, calendar year non-tenure track Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor position in Equine Field Service.  Applicants must possess a DVM or equivalent degree. At least 3 years of practice experience with equids is required.  Diplomate status or eligibility for certification examination by an AVMA specialty college is preferred. Clinical teaching experience, demonstrated commitment to service and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are desirable attributes for this position. The position consists of didactic, laboratory and clinical instruction in equine medicine and surgery, including preventive health programs.
