Thank you for your interest in the veterinary assistant program for the summer of 2025. We welcome applications from highly motivated veterinary students with a strong interest in equine surgery, emergency and critical care, and internal medicine. As a summer veterinary assistant, you will report to the Inpatient Team Manager and Clinical Care Team Manager.  Our hospital caseload is varied and consists of a combination of medical and surgical emergency patients and elective cases, as well as mares housed for reproductive management. The following positions are available: All positions require on-call foal sitting duties in ICU All positions will be required to attend the Monday Morning Doctors Meeting from 6:30am-8:30am
