Applicants must have completed in good standing a DVM or VMD degree from an accredited university or be graduates of a college of veterinary medicine that has completed The Educational Commission for Foreign Veterinary Graduates® (ECFVG®) certification program. They must also have a veterinary license and accreditation to practice in the state of Kentucky.
