Our group consists of three private small animal clinics and large animal facility nestled in the quiet countryside of upstate NY, but are conveniently located within 30 minutes of Oneonta, Norwich, Cooperstown, and Utica NY; less than 2 hours from Syracuse, The Finger Lakes Region, and Albany; and approximately 3 hours from NYC – we are truly in the middle of everywhere!

Practice Strengths:
- Multiple doctors with expertise in a wide range of disciplines throughout small, equine, bovine, small ruminant, and exotic animal medicine allows for an environment of constant collaboration and support
- modern 32-stall large animal haul-in facility fitted with standing stocks, 4 heated foaling stalls equipped with 24/7 remote surveillance and the Foalert monitoring system, breeding phantom, and laboratory. This provides the ideal environment for our prolific equine reproductive program, which involves the foaling of ~ 50 mares a year; collection, processing, shipping, and storing semen from resident and client owned stallions; and the breeding management of hundreds of broodmares in the local NY area and greater Northeastern US. If you have a special interest in equine reproduction and neonatology, this is the practice for you!
- In-house hematology and chemistry analyzer, portable x-ray, ultrasound, gastro-scope, Zoetis Pro-Stride system, Parasight system, and in-house cultures are a handful of the diagnostics at our disposal to allow for the highest level of care for our patients. Channel your inner James Herriot with our highly diverse caseload. Our equine predominant patients range from backyard pasture pets, harness racers, rodeo ribbon winners, and Olympic medalist Hunter/Jumpers. Supplement that with a heavy dose of dairy production medicine, and round it out with the frequent small ruminant and camelid.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree from an accredited university and licensure to practice in the state of NY
