We’re seeking a practitioner for either a permanent position or a seasonal role for the 2025 breeding season. Your Role with Us:
- Collaborative mare breeding management (fresh, cooled, and frozen)
- Stallion collection and semen processing
- Foaling management and young stock care
- Ambulatory wellness services for local clients
- CEM testing for imports
- Option to participate in advanced reproduction techniques (OPU)

Ideal Candidate Qualities:
- Strong interest in equine reproduction and general wellness
- Collaborative spirit, eager to grow with a supportive team
- Welcoming all experience levels—new grads, post-residency, or seasoned practitioners

Requirements:
- Eligible for or current Florida Veterinary License and USDA Level II Accreditation
- Valid driver’s license

WellGrove Equine is a 2-Veterinarian practice located in the heart of equestrian-centric South Florida. We serve clients in Wellington, Loxahatchee, and the surrounding Palm Beach County. We focus on ambulatory medicine, general equine wellness, reproduction, and CEM Quarantine.
