Estimated Externship Workload: We aim to provide an opportunity for students to develop their knowledge and skill base. Externs will be assigned to a different veterinarian on a daily basis to see ambulatory and clinic cases. Externs will be expected to participate in and observe all aspects of daily practice, including outpatient appointments, ambulatory calls, and surgery.
