The Whole Horse/Central Texas Equine Veterinary Services, is looking for someone with at least 2 years experience handling horses to be a veterinary assistant in our small clinic in Garwood Texas.  Housing is possible, available for the right person.  Duties will include using the computer for billing, doing filing and filling out medical records, helping the veterinarian with osteopathic adjustments and other treatments, administering medication, laser and ozone treatments, cleaning stalls, keeping the inside and stocks area clean, feeding horses, drawing blood, administering injections, using ultrasound and radiology equipment, and helping the veterinarian in daily activities.  Position starts out at part time, but can expand to full time for the right person.
