We are looking for a full-time associate veterinarian for our busy large animal (predominately equine) practices. Located at the base of the eastern Sierra Nevada mountains, 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe, the area offers a wide variety of year-round activities including skiing, snowshoeing, hiking biking and kayaking to name a few. The Reno urban scene has much to offer with excellent dining, concerts, night life and more. The Carson Valley is lush with irrigated pastureland and boasts prime equine real estate, picturesque mountain back drops and many equestrian riding venues on public lands. Both Comstock Equine and Great Basin Equine hospitals are well established and have become cornerstones of equine healthcare serving as referral facilities for the Western Nevada region.
