Southern Arizona Equine Emergency Service. Is a new equine only practice in Tucson Arizona, that is taking a fresh approach to the equine vet position. Looking for a new graduate that wants mentorship and continued guidance with multiple equine practitioners.  Case load is majority critical care & emergency.  Client retention is not a concern in this position, clients will be referred back to the referring DVM for follow up care.  4 day work week with NO additional on call.    80K Annual salary for first 90 days that is increased to 100K; 20% production bonus over the monthly gross production goal- NO negative accrual.   - 4 day work wee
