East Mountain Veterinary Service is looking for a mixed animal veterinarian to work full time. Ideal applicant is willing to work on small animals and horses. We have an equine surgical suite and offer colic and joint surgery. We also work on cattle, small ruminants, and exotics but are less frequent. Salary is a production salary base and associate is responsible for on call emergency calls every third week/weekend. Benefits include liability insurance, AVMA membership, NM License, CE stipend based on time with company, and 2 weeks paid vacation after a probation period. The practice does have a mobile unit and the associate will be required to do house calls at least one day a week. Base Salary is 120,000 starting for any experience. Applicant will work 4 days a week with every third weekend on call.
