Associate veterinary opportunities open in Loudonville, Ohio located near the beautiful Mohican State Park!  We are a thriving 2 doctor practice in need of 2 more veterinarians.  As a full service mixed animal practice, we are about 60% small animal, and 40% farm animal with growth opportunities in all areas. 

We provide excellent medical and surgical care to our patients with emphasis on preventative medicine.  We strive to take great care of our clients as well.  We have a hard working and knowledgeable staff of registered veterinary technicians, assistants, and receptionists.  Our in house diagnostic abilities include DR digital radiography; Abaxis (Zoetis) Chemistry, CBC, Imagyst to read fecals and cytologies, and clotting and fibrinogen machines: tonometer incubator and microscopy, Idexx Sedivue for Urinalysis/Microscopic exams, along with a good relationship with several outside labs for wellness and diagnostic panels.  Monitoring equipment and patient warming devices for anesthetized patients assists our technicians with proper patient care safety. Our dental unit is equipped for both prophylactic cleanings and extractions. 

Four mobile ultrasound units are used for both farm animal herd work, and small animal diagnostics.  We have a power float for equine dental work. Our large animal haul-in facility is where most of our cattle surgeries are done.  We do Breeding Soundness Exams on bulls and rams in clinic, and on the farm.  Each doctor is provided a truck with a fully stocked Bowie unit.  There is a huge demand for food animal and equine services in our area, traveling mostly within a 30-minute drive radius.  We live in an excellent livestock area with many excellent purebred and commercial beef and sheep operations. Emphasis is placed on preventative medicine and herd health.

Mentorship from coworkers will help you grow professionally and build confidence.  Salary is competitive. New graduates and experienced doctors are welcome to apply!  License fees, liability insurance, OVMA, AVMA, and other national association dues are paid.  Paid vacation time is provided and each associate has time off during the week. Loudonville is an outdoor enthusiasts dream!
