Layfield Veterinary Services is a private practice with two locations serving Princess Anne and Pocomoke cities on the beautiful eastern shore of Maryland.  We are currently seeking full or part-time, relief associate veterinarians and/or externs to fill positions in both our mixed/equine and small animal practices.

Both hospitals are just minutes from the popular seaside resort destinations of Ocean City, Maryland and Chincoteague Island, Virginia which offer the ideal every day "stay-cation."  The area is widely known for it's water recreation, wildlife refuges that house wild ponies and big city amenities with a small town feel. 
There are three veterinarians with various experience and areas of focus practicing with us currently.  All are ready and willing to welcome an associate and help mentor a new graduate.  In addition, we have excellent support staff and clientele.  Furthermore, we hold our private practice status in high regard and have no intention of becoming corporatized.
