Kopec Veterinary Associates is looking to hire a veterinarian for an associate, junior associate, or intern position!  We are a busy 4-doctor exclusively equine practice.  We perform ambulatory services and have a beautiful, state-of-the-art, equine veterinary clinic on 23 acres of land in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.  Our team is committed to practicing ethically and responsibly, to the highest standard of care.  We are growing daily, and we would love to continue our growth and development together, with you!  We value exceptional care, service, continuing education, and a positive attitude.  Our patients are companions, sport horses, and everything in between.  We are seeking a veterinarian that aligns with our values, does well in a team setting, and is a good communicator.  New graduates and experienced veterinarians alike are encouraged to apply.  Applicant must be, or become, licensed and accredited in PA.

KVA is offering a 4-day workweek for associate veterinarians.  On call (after hours, weekend, holiday, and seasonal foaling duty) is shared between all veterinarians with the goal of a healthy and sustainable work-life balance.  Our veterinarians receive emergency and urgent/add-on appointment fees quarterly!  Other benefits include:  health insurance, paid vacation/sick days, CE costs, license fees, professional liability insurance, professional membership dues, and Simple IRA retirement plan (employer-matched contribution).  Vet truck with mobile unit, laptop computer, and all equipment and drugs are provided.  We utilize Avimark digital record keeping software.
