The Baronne Vet Clinic is a Medical and Surgical Facility in South Louisiana serving the Equine Community in our area. Our practice specializes in a multitude of areas; including Sports Medicine, Theriogenology, Internal and Alternative Medicine, as well as performance of numerous surgeries.
This position is currently geared more towards an entry level doctor, with an elevated interest in Sports Medicine, looking to 'intern' and be taken under the Practice Owner's wing until ready to work more independently. HOWEVER, we would also love to talk to anyone ready to work on their own as well.
We are desiring an ambitious individual that's a "self starter"! Someone that can work well in a group setting, but who's also eager to get out there and put what they've learned to work.
This position will predominately work on quarter horse and thoroughbred race horses, on and off the racetracks in Louisiana. With the right work ethic, this position can tailored to the Doctors' area of interest or growing client base.
