Classic Equine is a privately owned three doctor equine practice seeking a full time equine exclusive associate veterinarian.  Nestled in beautiful Ada, MI, Classic Equine is a predominately ambulatory practice with a clinic for haul in appointments and hospitalization.  The practice services a variety of disciplines with a focus on lameness and reproduction.  Everyone at Classic Equine has a passion for high quality medicine and exceptional patient care.  This well equipped practice includes digital radiography and ultrasound (on each truck), lameness locator, airway endoscope, gastroscope, IRAP, shockwave, and a surgical suite with induction stall.  Associate will have his/her own vet truck with stocked vet box, and technician/assistant help is available.  This progressive practice highly encourages continuing education and team collaboration.  Due to the significant demand of our competent doctors, the practice is opening a satellite clinic in the coveted Traverse City, MI area.  Ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a passion for equine medicine, exemplary communication skills, and a fun-loving attitude.  Mentorship from our senior staff is available for newer grads as needed.  The offer boasts a competitive salary with a compensation package that includes 401K, uniform allowance, continuing education stipend, and signing bonus.  Privately owned cottage on Indian River (in Northern Michigan) is available for use by any of our staff.  Please send resumes and inquires to Katie Persons, LVT at office@classicequinellc.com.
