Veterinary associate needed for a well-established, rapidly growing, progressive, mixed animal practice (70% small and 30% large animal) plus exotics located in Central IL. The position can be small animal or large animal as well as mixed.

We are a 5-doctor practice in Petersburg, IL, a beautiful rural farm community including Lincoln’s New Salem. Our second location in rapidly growing Pleasant Plains, IL is solely small animal and has a convenient 20-minute highway drive to the capital city of Springfield. Our friendly support staff strives to uphold quality patient/client care. Our team atmosphere brings gold standard veterinary medicine and a close-knit professional staff to the table.

We have a recently built state of the art facility on several acres with a fully equipped small animal hospital, as well as equine ICU stalls, stocks, surgery suite and bovine haul-in facility with a hydraulic tilt chute. We also offer our clients grooming services and boarding facilities.

Candidate must be enthusiastic and motivated, with a strong desire to practice high-quality medicine. We welcome new graduates and offer great mentorship from experienced veterinarians. Work/life balance is important to us.
