San Juan Veterinary Hospital, a mixed animal practice in southwest Colorado, has an exciting opportunity for a small animal veterinarian to join our team!
We take a family-focused approach to pet care and are searching for a DVM who is friendly, empathetic, and will take the time to get to know our clients (and their pets!) on a personal level. We’re open to DVMs of all experience levels.
Why do we think you will love working here?
Our practice is a full-service, mixed animal hospital and welcomes both emergency treatment cases as well as pet patients in need of routine medical, surgical, and dental care. Take a virtual tour of our hospital online: https://sanjuanvethospital.com/san-juan-vet-hospital-tour
Our investment in YOU:
At San Juan VH, we don’t believe in negative accrual – medicine comes first. Our next Associate can expect a competitive base salary + production (with no negative accrual) .
In Pagosa Springs, things are refreshingly authentic.
Nestled in southwest Colorado at the base of the Continental Divide, Pagosa Springs is one of the state’s last undiscovered gems. Known for its amazing hot springs, abundant sunshine and small town feel, Pagosa Springs offers plenty of opportunities to soak up the scenery and enliven your spirit. Enjoy September's ColorFest, explore the four magnificent waterfalls, or lace up your hiking shoes and trek along the wildflowers on the many hiking trails in the area. In the summer, biking rafting, kayaking, and lazy floating down the San Juan River are common activities for locals and visitors. In the winter, Wolf Creek Ski Area (just a short drive outside of town) boasts the most snow in Colorado, averaging 450 inches of snowfall annually.
If you are interested in becoming part of a highly skilled team with an excellent support system and great clients, we encourage you to APPLY TODAY!
