Starting base pay based on experience, minimum of $100,000, and a signing-bonus. Significant base and production percentage increases at particular mile markers.

DVM or equivalent or eligible. 

ER, internship-trained, or General Practice experience.  Also open to new grads/mentees.

Licensed or eligible for license for the State of Ohio. 

Positive attitude and willingness to work with a well-established cohesive team.
