We are looking for a friendly Associate Doctor who possess a good sense of humor. 

Our opportunity includes the following items:

• Compensation package comprised of $150,000 guaranteed minimum salary, 20% incentive production bonus, and a $50,000 signing bonus. Paid relocation expense. Willing to negotiate.

• Health Insurance, Simple IRA, PLIT Insurance, Short-Term Disability, DEA License, Illinois License, Paid Vacation, Pet Services/Supplies Discount, Moving Allowance, and CE reimbursement. EAP available.

• Medicine, Surgery, Dentistry, Focus on Wellness as well as Urgent Care. No On-Call Hours. Local ER utilized. Four-day work week with a Saturday rotation (AM only). 30-minute scheduled appointments to allow for emergencies and a thorough examination with no rush. Appointments stop one hour before closing to allow for wrapping up cases, so we go home on time!

• Full-time, Part–Time and Flex Scheduling Available. Experienced staffs with both full-time and part-time Doctors. Our trained technicians are well utilized so Doctors focus on providing medical care.

• Digital Radiology, Ultrasound, Therapy Laser, Digitized Medical Records with Cornerstone Software. Clinic facilities include multiple Exam Rooms, Surgery Suites, Treatment Rooms, Lab/Pharmacy, Hospital/Kennel Spaces, and Separate Doctor Office Spaces.
