The Veterinary Emergency Referral Center is looking for motivated emergency doctors to join our highly trained team. Our practice is limited to emergency and referrals only. Currently we have board certified specialists in emergency and critical care, surgery, neurology and dermatology. We are also recruiting to add an Internist.
We are open to speaking with experienced veterinarians or new graduates (ER mentorship available), who are focused on client and patient care.
The Veterinary Emergency Referral Center provides a supportive work environment, structured mentorship program with a competitive salary and benefits package.
Our mentorship program is structured to give our associates one on one exposure with our specialists and professional emergency doctors. Once completed, the candidate will be proficient in medicine, surgery, advanced diagnostic imaging and client communication skills. We are confident that our mentorship program improves our patient outcomes, client experience and creates better, well rounded veterinarians.
We also offer a support system that enables our emergency veterinarians access to specialists and other emergency doctors 24 hours a day.
Our emergency doctors are scheduled an average of three shifts per week. Daytime and night-time shifts are available. On site diagnostics include CT, MRI, endoscopy, digital radiography, ultrasonography, fluoroscopy and a veterinary reference lab. We also have an onsite voluntary blood banking program.
