Institute Mobile Veterinary Services is located in eastern North Carolina about halfway between Raleigh and the coast. We are nestled in the small community of Institute in Lenoir County. We are a mostly (80%) equine practice with lesser numbers of small ruminant, cattle, and small animal wellness. Most of our clients are wonderful people who really care for their animals.
