Southern Oregon Veterinary Specialty Center in Central Point, OR is looking to hire an Urgent Care Veterinarian that focuses on non-critical cases that present on an emergency or urgent basis.
We are interested in speaking with experienced DVMs, internship trained DVMs, new or soon to graduate DVMs, or GP DVMs who have an interest in seeing urgent cases without the pressure of an emergency room setting.
Our Urgent Care service runs parallel to and is located just across the way from our 24/7 ER and Specialty clinic which houses ER/ECC, Surgery, and Internal Medicine and serves 3-4 hour radius including Oregon, California, Nevada, and Idaho. We have a highly trained and dedicated support staff of CVTs and VAs, full kennel support, and highly trained liaison services to ensure the success of our doctors and the practice as a whole.
Our hospital culture emphasizes continuous learning, growth, and innovation while maintaining an atmosphere of respect, support, and fun. We encourage high level medical training, wellness and communication coaching, and community CE events through our new Regional Training Center. In our downtime we have clinic-facilitated outdoor adventure club activities, crafting club, game nights, and more!
