Governors Avenue Animal Hospital (GAAH) began seeing animals in the 1950’s. Our beautiful new hospital in Delaware’s capital city of Dover, is located close to ocean beaches, and many major metropolitan centers.
Our hospital is currently comprised of 2 divisions. Governor’s Avenue Animal Hospital cares for our small animal friends, while Delmarva Equine Clinic caters to the local horse population. The practice has continued its growth through the years and has finished the 2012 major renovation to the current 9000 square feet.
With this addition, we have expanded to six exam rooms, full dental suite with digital dental radiology, laser therapy, full in-house lab, ultrasonography and a modern surgery suite. We are currently seeking a full-time associate to allow us to utilize this hospital to its full potential.
