Upon completion of the internship, each intern should have the foundation to enter private ambulatory practice or a theriogenology residency program.  The goal of the Rood and Riddle Equine Hospital is to provide the highest quality medical and surgical care possible for our patients and the best possible service for the clients.  The interns play a vital role in achieving these goals and are directly involved in case work-up, management and treatment.
