A Day In the Life of a Veterinarian at Thrive Pet Healthcare

No two days are ever the same at our practices and we see a variety of cases, from routine essential care, to daily surgeries. Our care caseload provides the perfect combination of challenge and diversity, with medical care that includes diagnostics, dentistry, radiology, and surgery.

Veterinarian Incentive Plan (VIP)

Our industry-first program is built to celebrate collective success and boost your earnings. At no additional cost or investment you can share in the growth and success of our company - 1/3 of the total VIP award is tenure-based and 2/3 is rewarded by company performance. After five years within our network, you could earn $150,000 to $450,000, depending on companywide and individual production performance!

Job Qualifications and Requirements

• Proficient at medicine and general surgery.
• Prefer internship trained or equivalent experience.
• Great communicator who loves building relationships with clients.
• An individual who is emotionally intelligent and places a high value on communication.
• A great sense of humor is encouraged!
