Our 1/ST Horse Care Veterinarian Team is hiring a Lasix Veterinarian to join us in South Florida. This position is an opportunity to work at world-class Thoroughbred training and racing facilities in sunny Hallandale and Boynton Beach.

The Lasix Veterinarian is responsible for administration of furosemide to approved horses on race day. Enjoy flexible scheduling with minimum commitments of one shift per week and on-the-job training.

If interested, additional shifts may be available to assist the Veterinarian team to ensure equine safety during training and racing at Gulfstream Park and Palm Meadows Thoroughbred Training Center.

Lasix Veterinarian Duties

• Administration of furosemide to approved horses on race days at Gulfstream Park.
• Follow veterinarian procedures in accordance with 1/ST Horse Care protocols.
• Support Senior Veterinarian and Association Veterinary staff as needed.
