Calling new grads! Are you looking for the mentorship of an internship with the flexibility and benefits of a full-time associate position?
We are looking for a veterinarian who has great interpersonal skills, has a passion for high quality equine medicine, a sense of humor, and views a move to Massachusetts as a potential long-term stay. This is a hands-on mentorship position: we strive to give you the skills and confidence to practice and manage cases independently. You will begin by working side by side with associate veterinarians and transition to a decrease in supervision when you are ready. Work/life balance is valued as much as your professional growth, and on-call time is split between veterinarians.
You will have a well-rounded experience and exposure to sport horse medicine, lameness evaluation and treatment, rehabilitation, general wellness, geriatric care, dentistry, chiropractic and acupuncture, reproduction, and emergency cases. Let this be the place where you discover your passion in equine veterinary medicine and let us help you foster it!
A generous benefit package includes health insurance, paid emergency fees, PTO, 401K, paid licensure and membership fees and a continuing education stipend. From the first day you will be treated as an associate doctor by fellow veterinarians, clients, and staff. We have a high technician to doctor ratio along with office support staff.
