Uxbridge Equine Veterinary Services has an opportunity available for a full-time Equine veterinarian to join our growing team.  Located in Uxbridge Ontario an hour northeast of Toronto, Uxbridge Equine is a well-established equine veterinary practice with the exciting addition of a 10,000sq.ft. facility opening in 2022.  Offering a wide range of veterinary services geared towards both top athletes as well as the equally loved backyard family pets, we take great pride in developing strong veterinary-client-patient relationships. We offer mobile HVMS software, wireless digital radiography, digital ultrasonography, endoscopy, thermography and are well equipped for dentistry. A candidate that possesses general skills with a special interest or Board Certification will benefit from the diverse case load.  A fully equipped practice vehicle is provided. • Must have completed a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine

DVMs who did not graduate from an AVMA accredited program may be granted a restricted license limited to equine practice in Ontario.  Applicants without NAVLE credentials are considered on a case-by-case basis by the provincial licensing authority and must demonstrate advanced education (e.g. MSc, board certification) and / or have extensive experience in equine practice. • Must be fully licensed to drive in Ontario
