Are you an equine veterinarian who is passionate about equine dentistry? Have you ever considered a dentistry-specific practice with no emergency work and time for that elusive work-life balance? This could be the perfect job for you! Come join our team at Northeast Equine Veterinary Dental Services!
We are an equine dentistry specialty practice based in Topsfield Massachusetts, about 40 minutes north of Boston. New England is a wonderful place to call home, with excellent schools and tightknit communities. Beaches, lakes, and mountains are close by for year-round outdoor recreation. We are close enough to enjoy all of the diverse arts, professional sports, dining, and entertainment that Boston has to offer, but far enough away to have peace and quiet.
Northeast Equine Veterinary Dental Services is dedicated to providing gold standard dental care from routine dentistry to advanced dental procedures, utilizing motorized instrumentation for routine dental care, wireless digital radiography, oroscope, and URT endoscopy. We pride ourselves on providing the best dental care and have earned an excellent reputation with both our clients and referring veterinarians. We see routine and referral cases at farms and hospitals throughout New England, primarily in MA, NH, southern ME, and RI, in addition to seeing cases at our new clinic. The practice owner is a diplomate of AVDC, and provides a complete menu of advanced dentistry services to horses in the greater New England area. More information about the practice can be found at www.nevds.com.
NEVDS offers a supportive environment which fosters professional development. Trained assistants accompany each veterinarian for daily appointments. Mentoring will always be available to foster continual learning. The employment package can be tailored to you:
The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded equine veterinarian excited about dentistry and ready for more focused practice. Interest in pursuing advanced training with AVDC residency and board certification is a plus but not required. Exceptional new graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered. The best applicant will have a positive outlook, love their work, be flexible, reliable, collaborative, and possess great attention to detail. Ability to connect professionally and compassionately with clients, patients and colleagues is a must!
Interested candidates should email a CV with current references and a cover letter that shares their personal and professional vision to email@example.com. We look forward to hearing from you!
