Claiborne Farm is seeking a veterinary intern to join our team in central Kentucky beginning June 2022. Claiborne is a 3000 acre farm with over 400 horses on site. In addition to dedicated crews for mares, foaling and yearling care, the farm has its own clinic space for medical treatment, ultrasound, radiology and endoscopic equipment, as well as a clinical laboratory. Dr. Bailey, the resident veterinarian, is a board certified theriogenologist with over 10 years of experience training interns and residents. The caseload will consist of routine herd management, reproductive management of brood mares, foaling and neonatal care for over 150 foals per year and supporting those foals through their first year of development.  The intern will work under supervision of the resident veterinaria
