About the Position:
We strongly believe in collaboration and communication between all team members. We strongly support a team-based approach when it comes to patient care and we accomplish this with twice-weekly doctor rounds, monthly team meetings, and round table dinner meetings. We have a strong mentorship program and therefore new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Given the nature of mixed animal practice, we do rotate on-call - Our doctors are on call for large animal emergencies five periods per month or less. NO SMALL ANIMAL AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES You will NEVER be on call when you are not scheduled to work so you are able to enjoy time away from the practice to be well-rested and recharge. Additional compensation for emergency calls available.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that practices a high standard of veterinary medicine regardless of what kind of patient we are working on.
