McGee Equine is searching for a full time veterinarian to join our rapidly growing ambulatory practice in New England, located one hour Northwest of Boston. The practice is predominantly equine, but has expanded to include other large animal species. Experience with small ruminants is not required but is a plus. Routine appointments include preventive medicine, dentistry, sports medicine, reproduction, dermatology, ophthalmology, nutrition and endocrine cases. Practice is equipped with digital radiography, portable ultrasound, Powerfloat, shockwave, 1.5m and 3.5m endoscopes, portable centrifuge/printer/laptop. Shared emergency duty on a rotating schedule is required and a great way to earn additional income. Our clientele consists of a great mixture of backyard, pleasure, and performance animals. We have cultivated a well trained and respectful clientele who appreciate our time and expertise.

Practice will provide fully equipped veterinary truck as well as a technician to assist on veterinary calls as needed. Candidate must possess or be able to obtain licensure in MA, NH, USDA accreditation, and DEA controlled substance license. Salary is commensurate with experience.
