Associate veterinarian

As a growing large animal ambulatory practice Rutherford Large Animal Mobile Services, PLLC (RLAMS) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated associate. We offer an integrated approach to veterinary care combining holistic and conventional medicine for optimal animal wellness, giving the candidate the opportunity to expand the practice in any of the following services: equine dentistry, mare reproductive services, chiropractic and acupuncture, small ruminant medicine, performance horse lameness and general wellness.

Our practice provides digital radiology, portable ultrasound, in-house blood work, power dental equipment and a practice vehicle for the associate.  We also have a unique emergency on-call sharing schedule with two other local practices, allowing for ample free weekends and holidays through out the year. This makes it so each veterinarian is only responsible for six weekends a year on call.

We are located in beautiful Rutherford County, North Carolina in close proximity to the Tryon international Equestrian Center. We serve both North and South Carolina so the candidate will need to have licensure in both states.

Salary is commensurate with experience.
