GGEH was established in 1968 in south central Pennsylvania. We are an equine only practice currently with 5 veterinarians providing hospital and ambulatory care. We have a board certified surgeon on staff. The facility was enlarged and renovated in 2017.
Balance of work and personal life is important. On call to be shared - which is an obvious benefit of a multidoctor practice. We will also have an intern for 2021.
Services offered include but not limited to sports medicine and lameness, medicine, preventative health, dentistry, reproduction, chiropractic, acupuncture, surgery, advanced imaging. Hospitalization is available.
Some of our equipment includes: Multiple Airway and Gastroscopes; many DRs; multiple ultrasounds; shockwave, PRP, Prostride, IRAP, in house lab and much more.
Southcentral PA is located within an easy drive to Baltimore, Washington DC and Philadelphia if you choose or nearby there is hunting, fishing, hiking (Appalachian Trail) and many other outdoor activities.
We are seeking a person whose enthusiasm is infectious and wants to be a team member and enjoy the benefits of a multidoctor practice.
Completion of internship or experience in clinical practice required. Opportunities exist to create and fill your own niche.
Willingness to assist with training and mentoring of interns and externs.
