Job Description: The Practice Manager (PM) is critical to the success of the practice, ensuring a positive and productive culture built on shared values and direct communication; creating operational efficiencies and problem-solving to improve client service and employee engagement. The PM exercises sound judgment and the willingness and capability to make decisions in keeping with MPEH’s mission and vision. PM oversees and executes business and marketing activities, seeks and develops opportunities to promote the practice; directs hiring and training of office and veterinary staff; maintains inventory and inventory control system; manages the practice software, ancillary programs, labs, accounts receivables, implements safety, security, and IT procedures, develops and maintains program and process manuals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. (Required)
At least five years or more managerial experience (Veterinary or Medical practice - Preferred)
Certified Veterinary Practice Manager designation or equivalent work experience (Preferred)
