Opportunity to practice quality medicine with mentorship in a modern facility with an efficient team. Practice is 33% bovine, mostly cow-calf, 65% small animal, 2% equine and sees small numbers of exotics, small ruminants and pocket pets. At least 50% of duties will be small animal with remainder dependent on experience and interest of applicant. Applicant should have excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a variety of situations with a diverse case load, have a desire to improve and advance personal skills and have the ability to maintain an upbeat attitude with respect and admiration for coworkers and clients. Basic diagnostic and surgical skills required. Competency in reproductive bovine ultrasound beneficial. Work schedule is 5 1/2 days a week for 2 weeks and then 4 days with a 3-day weekend off. Emergency duty will be split among 3-4 veterinarians.
