The Texas A&M University (TAMU) College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences (CVM) is seeking the Director of Veterinary Medical Park to lead their team! This individual will oversee and direct operations of the Veterinary Medical Park (VMP), which is a facility that hosts all aspects of research using traditional agriculture animal species. They will ensure animals used in VMP’s research endeavors are cared for according to the standards set by various regulatory agencies and also ensures that the facility maintains Association of Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care (AAALAC) accreditation. The director works with researchers to help facilitate their research using VMP facilities and will be engaged in training veterinary students in integrated animal care and professional and critical skills.
