Oceanside Animal Clinic is looking for one or two full-time associate veterinarians to join our rapidly growing 3+ doctor veterinary clinic in beautiful southwest Washington! We are a fast-paced, family-type clinic that sees a wide variety of cases every day, from general preventive care to more complex medical, surgical, and emergency cases. Patients are predominately small animal, though there are opportunities to perform equine, ruminant, and exotic medicine if desired. Similarly, particular interest in areas such as surgery or dentistry may be developed. The clinic has huge opportunity for growth. There is a large clientele base but the small-town setting provides opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients and patients. Located on the Washington coast, just across the mouth of the Columbia River from Oregon, this is the perfect location for any outdoor enthusiast! We are located approximately 2.5 hours from Portland, Oregon, and 3.5 hours from Seattle, Washington.
Any level of experience will be considered. New graduates will be provided with the mentorship, support, and resources necessary to build confidence as they begin their career. You will gain a vast array of hands on experience without the pressure or financial concerns of pursuing an internship. An orthopedic surgeon is here at least two days a week and available to perform advanced orthopedic surgeries as well as provide mentorship and training. The ideal candidate for this job will be a compassionate, hard-working, team player who can maintain a good attitude despite busy working conditions.
