New associate expectations:
Working in an affluent area allows us to provide exceptional care and services to our clients and patients and we strive on administering the highest standard. We have excellent relationships with several referral hospitals in our area to provide advanced imaging and surgical care when needed.
We are a collaborative practice with an emphasis on a team environment and approach. In order to ensure quality care and associate confidence, we provide mentorship to all new team members. We have group rounds every other week to discuss cases and are also available to help each other whenever needed. Our practice also believes in having a balanced life. We love our jobs but understand the importance of family, friends, and time off for ourselves.
Orange County is a beautiful place to live, work, play, and raise a family. We have unbelievable weather year-round, beaches, culture, and easy access to the mountains, as well.
The job requires a currently issued US veterinary license and at least 1 to 2 years practice experience. Applicants must also have or be eligible to have a DEA license. The practice will pay for the license but the applicant must be eligible to have one.
