Requirements for the position
A Master’s Level Degree in Professional Communication and/or Education or equivalent degree; experience in the delivery of communication courses to various professional audiences including faculty, students and/or industry professionals
A PhD in Communications or closely related fields; DVM or equivalent degree; previous experience in a veterinary clinical setting or other healthcare communications field as a principal instructor; completed coursework in pedagogy or adult learning principles

The Veterinary Medical Center, comprised of five hospitals, treats more than 40,000 companion animal, farm animal, and equine patients each year and thousands more by providing ambulatory services to a 17-county area, creating a robust experiential and communication intensive learning laboratory.
Salary Range: $60,000-$70,000
